Clinical Systems Designer

Working in the Design Team you will define the next generation of clinical software that will meet the needs of busy healthcare professionals.  In return we offer a relaxed, friendly working environment in the heart of Canterbury and a competitive package and excellent career progression prospects.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Work closely with customers to capture requirements and devise innovative, clinician-centric solutions for desktop and mobile devices 
  2. Work closely with Solution Architects, UX Designers and Developers to convert user requirements in to compelling clinical software 
  3. Write and maintain functional requirement specifications 
  4. Validate software releases against requirements and specifications

Requirements:

  1. A graduate with extensive experience in healthcare product management 
  2. Experience in the design, development and deployment of healthcare solutions 
  3. Expert knowledge of clinical activity and processes, including clinical systems functionality 
  4. A keen understanding of the pressures and challenges faced by clinicians 
  5. Able to knowledgeably converse with clinicians of all levels 
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  7. Able to confidently present to internal and external stakeholders
